With the iQniter app you can train at home whenever it suits you.

Choose from 100’s of SMART Sessions prepared by leading instructors. Whatever the purpose of your training, you will find a session that suits you.

Based on your heart rate the app helps you to stay within your limits and optimize your training. And the Qpoints you collect while you train keeps you motivated to train so you succeed with your goals.

All you need to get started is your heart rate device and the iQniter app installed on your mobile.

Why heart rate training works

The truth in this quote is also the foundation of iQniter. We have built our training platform based on your heart rate as it is the most precise human measurement of how well we perform during a workout.

By tracking your heart rate and hold it against a training profile, iQniter guides you to perform better. If you train too hard the app will tell you to slow down and if you train inefficiently it will guide you to increase intensity.

All based on your heart rate.

1. Getting started

Having downloaded the iQniter app, you need to Login in with your my.iqniter profile.

If you haven’t yet created an iQniter account use the Sign-up function or go to my.iqniter.com.

After successfully creating your profile, type your user name and password in the iQniter app and you are ready to setup your personal profile.

2. Setup your personal training profile

Before you start to exercise it’s important to get your settings right. To setup your personal training profile, go to Settings > My Profile and type your personal information:

• Type or correct your personal data (birth date, gender, weight, height, activity level).

• Set or calculate your maximal heart rate (HRmax).

• You can manually type your HRmax. This is only recommended if you have already performed a HRmax test.
• The iQniter app provides the possibility to perform a guided HRmax test for optimal results.

• You can also use the generic calculator to estimate your HRmax. This is recommended if you are new to training or haven’t already performed a recent HRmax test.

• Please be aware that performing a HRmax test is strenuous and should only be performed under the correct circumstances. For help to perform a safe and controlled HRmax test, please refer to your local trainer or see the iQniter app.

2. Setup your personal training profile

Before your start to exercise it’s important to get your settings right. To setup your personal training profile, go to Settings > My Profile and type your personal information.

3. Search a Smart Session

We have created 100's of Smart Sessions. So which one is the right for you?

With our session filter it's easy to get an overview of which sessions fits you:

Choose your level of exercise (Basic, Medium, Advanced, or Elite (matching to your current level).

Then choose the duration of exercise (how much time you have available).

You can also select 'All' for one or both of the filters to see all avaliable training sessions within the category.

3. Search a Smart Session

We have created 100's of Smart Sessions. So which one is the right for you?

With our session filter it's easy to get an overview of which sessions fits you:

Choose your purpose or target with your training (Loose Weight, Cardio Training, Get Strong (muscles) Get Fit (contain blocks from each of the above).

Then you choose your level (what is your current level).

And finally you choose duration (how much time do you have available).

4. Choose your session

Based on your selections you will get a list of sessions that fits you.

You can use the Search option to minimize the options - this could be if there is a specific instructor you want to use.

You can see a description of each session, including the Heart rate profile or you can simply just click Start and get started.

Your heart rate is the best human indicator to show you how good you perform as it reacts within seconds to change in intensity.

iQniter collects your heart rate from your heart rate device and based on the chosen profile tells you how good you perform.

If you loose intensity the arrow in the hygrometer will drop and instruct you to increase intensity and if the intensity is too high the app will instruct you to slow down.

The longer you stay in the green zone in the hygrometer the more efficient is your training.

You are even rewarded with Qpoint which allow you to track your improvements in a competitive and motivating way.
