I can’t reset my password on my.iqniter.com
It may be caused by the fact that you have not yet created an account on my.iqniter.com. Please notice, an email registered for a belt in AdmiQ does not create an account on my.iqniter.com with that email
My belt does not show up on the group screen
Please check you have registered your sensor correctly (sensor type and sensor Id) on my.iqniter.com. Then follow the Smart Sensor Troubleshooting guide here
I do not receive a token when I create a new account or change password
Please check your spam mail box. In some cases, your email service provider may reject the token. In such cases, we retransmit. Please check your mail later

How do I uninstall DesiQner for Mac
Besides, uninstalling the iQniter DesiQner application you also need to remove iQniter DesiQner from the Library folder. Follow this procedure:
- Go ->Applications: Delete ‘iQniter DesiQner’
- Go (press ‘Alt’) -> Library: Goto ‘Application Support’ and delete ‘iQniter DesiQner’.
