Besides, uninstalling the iQniter DesiQner application you also need to remove iQniter DesiQner from the Library folder. Follow this procedure:
- Go ->Applications: Delete ‘iQniter DesiQner’
- Go (press ‘Alt’) -> Library: Goto ‘Application Support’ and delete ‘iQniter DesiQner’.

It may be caused by the fact that you have not yet created an account on my.iqniter.com. Please notice, an email registered for a belt in AdmiQ does not create an account on my.iqniter.com with that email
