Yes, DesiQner is available for both Mac and for Windows. Download DesiQner here
Please check that the PC running Cardio Training is setup with Extended screens (not
duplicate screens). The PC monitor must be chosen as the primary screen.
Yes, but Windows 7 Service Pack 1 installed is a no go. Please update to Service Pack 3. We recommend upgrade to Windows 10.
In AdmiQ, goto the Settings/Cardio Training tab, where you can enable and disable the iQniter pre- and post-session videos.
- Select Level of Control = ‘Club’.
- Turn on the settings for iQniter Pre-Session Video and iQniter Post-Session Video.
- To enable the videos: Uncheck the value for these settings, or
To disable the videos: Check the value for these settings.
When the settings has been changed, remember also to ‘Reset Settings’ in the Cardio Training program.
These settings show disabled videos.

This may happen if iQniter is not updated to latest version 3.3.2, which requires .NET version 4.6.2 or later.
Please update to .NET version 4.6.2 from here and ensure iQniter is updated:

Go to ‘System Preferences’/’Security and Privacy’ allow DesiQner by clicking on ‘Open Anyway’, see video here.

Try to reinstall DesiQner on you Mac from here.
Before you reinstall, besure DesiQner is completely uninstalled from your Mac. Follow this procedure:
- Go -> Applications: Delete ‘iQniter DesiQner’
- Go (press ‘Alt’) -> Library: Goto ‘Application Support’ and delete ‘iQniter DesiQner’
The reason may be that firewall rules on the iQniter Cardio Training computer are blocking data from the Team Receiver. Please goto the Firewall Advanced settings and check if there are any blocked rules named ‘iqniter cardio.exe’.
Delete any blocked rules named ‘iqniter cardio.exe’ and restart iQniter Cardio Training. When Cardio Training is starting, you are prompted by the Windows Firewall: Ensure all networks are checked and press ‘Allow Access’.
If you do not have access to the computer’s firewall settings, please contact your IT administrator.
